Q: How does it work?
A: Listmill Cloud is an online service. You build and maintain your site through a web interface, just as you would with a hosted blog service. Behind the scenes, we manage the technical complexities to ensure your site runs properly.
Q: Do I own my data?
A: Yes. The data generated by you and your users is owned by you.
Q: Is my data shared?
A: Every customer site has its own database and no data is shared between sites.
Q: Is your software open source?
A: Not currently. We would like to open-source parts of the platform in the future.

Billing

Q: When am I billed?
A: The standard billing cycle runs on the 1st of the month.
Q: What charges will appear on the monthly bill?
A: There is monthly fee of $52.50. The usage fees for the prior month will appear on the same bill.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa and Mastercard. Bitcoin is also accepted, contact us for more details.
Q: Do you store my credit card information?
A: No credit card information is stored on our servers. We use Braintree Payment Solutions for credit card processing.
Q: How are usage fees calculated?
A: Pageview for your site are tracked by our system. Usage fees are billed based on blocks of 1000 pageviews.
